Day 1: Agra

Tour details are as follows: Between 0500 to 0530 hrs. Pick up from your location in Delhi (pick up timing depend on your location).

0600 hrs. Board the fast air-conditioned train to Agra arrives at 0755 hrs. at Agra Railway station. You will be met with our guide and will take you to Taj Mahal, Agra Fort, and Fatehpur Sikri.

After the of Taj Mahal, Agra Fort, and Fatehpur Sikri at 2000 hrs (8 pm) you will be dropped at Agra Railway station, to board the train for Delhi. On arrival at 2225 hrs. you will be received at the Railway station and transferred to your hotel/location in Delhi. The monuments you will visit are as follows:-

Taj Mahal

The Taj Mahal, the world-renowned monument to love “wonder of the world” beautifully crafted with white marble world famous is a mausoleum located in Agra, India, that was built under Mughal emperor Shah Jahan in memory of his favorite wife in 1630 to enshrine her mortal remains. Taj is known for the finest example of Mughal architecture with a style that combines elements from Turskish, Islamic and Persian.

Agra Fort

Agra Fort is a Unesco World Heritage site built alongside the Yamuna river located in Agra. It stretches about 2.5 km. Agra fort one of the important fort in India. It is also known as Lal Qila, and Agra Fort. Akbar chose this city on the bank of River Yamuna as his capital and proceeded to build a strong citadel for the purpose. Emperor Shah Jahan had built the Taj, was imprisoned by his son Aurangzeb in the Agra Fort where he had a view on the building erected for his deceased wife. It took 8 years and a huge amount of money to complete its construction. Agra Fort in Agra contains beautiful mosques - Nagina Masjid, Meena Masjid, Sheesh Mahal, Khas Mahal, and Meena Bazar.

Fatehpur Sikri

Fatehpur Sikri is 37 km. From Agra almost 1-hour drive, which was Akbar’s capital for almost 12 years. It was built between 1571– 1585. Fatehpur Sikri is one of the finest examples of Mughal architectural splendor at its height. The finest monuments within this area are the Diwan-i-Khas Diwan-i-Am, , Panch Mahal, Buland Darwaza, Meena Bazar and the tomb of Saint Sheikh Salim Chishti, the Jama mosque..
